Welcome to Meadow Wood

Formed in 1978 from land surrounding Creswell Farm, Meadow Wood is a private residential community in Forest Virginia. It includes 70 homes and lots in a beautiful, secluded setting viewing the Peaks of Otter and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Meadow Wood offers privacy and space, well-maintained community roads with easy access to shopping/dining/commerce and a wonderful pastoral landscape. We are a close-knit group of neighbors and friends with a strong sense of community and support.

Visitor Information
Visitors may enter Meadow Wood through the Everett Road (state Route 622) entrance. There is no other entrance/exit open to the public.

Meadow Wood's roads are private and are used regularly by walkers and bikers as well as automobiles. Please respect the speed limit of 25 Miles per Hour and be observant of pedestrians, children, cyclists and pets. Help keep our neighborhood safe and secure.
